I have a cold. :(

It's really not something I appreciate as we get down to the wire and it's almost time to go away from this place. I'm going to miss it here. I could use a vacation, but I have so much work to do before I go.

We just finished up elections at WCKN, the TV station, and AJ is the new station manager. The elections went pretty much as I expected, and we ran them quickly enough that no one got too angry with us.

It looks like I'm going to make two special appearances in AJ's 2004 episode of Z-Boss, a "series" about comical mysterious criminal mastermind character. This one centers around "Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego" and is titled "Where in Time is Z-Boss Sacramento" which certainly makes for an interesting show. I appear twice and say a random word in a questioning tone for my cameos. The more I hear my voice the more I wish I sounded like what I hear to myself. Oh well.

I still have to get down to WCKN and dump the contents of the tapes for my movie project onto the digital video editor so my group can edit our movie this week. I do not appear in the movie, but I did almost all of the technical work. Just as well, I say.

I also have to make sure to finalize all the TV station related stuff that a departing station manager needs to do, as well as get to work on several projects that are due by next Friday. It should be stressful. like always.

Once I'm over this cold, things will be looking up at least a little bit.

It's looking like I still don't have a job. I'm a really conscientious worker, and I have a lot of skill behind me, so I can't understand why I don't ever hear back from anyone I send my resume to. I make web sites, software, and web site software. Hire me! :)

I'll probably have some work for the early summer in any case. An associate of my boss from a couple years ago has gotten me involved in some web development projects, so I'll have some income while I continue to look.

If anyone has any leads on jobs that might suit me, toss them my way!
